Rock and Roll Reunion 2024 returns to Woodman this Saturday (Aug 3). This annual event brings to the stage, local artist going back 40 plus years as well as new and upcoming local talent. The genres include Jazz, Country, Folk, Rock & Roll and more. Roddy Dull is the organizer of the event.
Over 30 different artists are scheduled to perform with the music beginning at 10:30 in the morning and going until 10:30 at night. Food and soft drinks will be available on the grounds and personal beverages are allowed as carry-ins. There is no admission charge, but you are advised to bring your own chair or blanket. Money being raised for charity comes from the sale of event T-shirts the day of the event and private donations are always welcome.
The event has found it’s permanent home in the Woodman Village Park. Attending artist share memorabilia, stores and more for the day and all are encouraged to bring any memorabilia they may have collected over the years to share as well.
High School Reunions will also be held in the park in conjunction with the event. Classes from Boscobel High School and an annual All School Reunion from North Crawford will be holding reunions.
